speaking of planet of the apes, i used to have this t-shirt too. it was my absolute favourite, before it faded into absolute fuckery...

oops. i fucked up my template. but i added the site to the cult of monkeys webring. and yes, i know bonobos are apes, but i haven't found any apes webrings that aren't planet of the apes related, except for the florida skunk ape webring, which is pretty cool.

but anyway. how the fuck did i manage to screw up the template so that the tables are all stretched in the wrong place? anybody? help? please? i'll give you a banana.

oh, and i have this JLApes cover on a t-shirt. i haven't read the comic yet, though. yet.

news just in: a live-action stage version of monkey! is on at the young vic in london. more of a retelling of the original legend than the t.v. show, i think.
